Amazing Glace(iers)!
Produce an A3 glacier factsheet based on your independent research regarding a glacier story, event or just the glacier itself.
You could find out about Otzi the Iceman or Glacier girl.
You could also research a major glacier such as Franz Josef & Fox in New Zealand or the Mer de Glace in France.
We will start to develop success criteria for your homework in lessons but you should make sure your work includes relevant diagrams, maps and images. You should also ensure it is neatly presented and your descriptions and explanations are detailed and accurate.
Be creative!! Try and find unusual and quirky facts about the glacier or glacial event you are studying!
